Time frame

After the Agreement signed our search process for the project takes from 2 to 8 weeks. Period depends on level of position.

Fees

Currently our placement fee is:

20-25% of gross annual salary of the placed candidate.

For our assignments the fee is invoiced in 3 installments:

1/3 - o­n starting the assignment,

1/3 - after you interviewed shortlisted candidates,

1/3 - after the candidate takes the position.

We can agree upon fixed fees and we charge 20-25% of the first year's estimated annual salary for each individual placed. Average annual salary is defined o­n the base of labor marker analysis in particular market segment.

Guarantees

In case the hired candidate would not satisfy the Client's requirements or would leave the Company within a probation period of 3 to 6 months, we would replace the position free of charge.
