Time frame
After the Agreement signed our search process for the project takes from 3 to 8 weeks. Period depends on level of position (Executive Search 4-8 weeks / Management Recruitment 2-4 weeks)
Fees
Our standard placement fee is:
25-33% of gross annual salary of the placed candidate.
For our assignments the fee is invoiced in 3 installments:
1/3 - on starting the assignment,
1/3 - after you interviewed shortlisted candidates,
1/3 - after the candidate takes the position.
We can agree upon fixed fees and we charge 25-33% of the first year's estimated annual salary for each individual placed. Average annual salary is defined on the base of labor marker analysis in particular market segment.
Guarantees
In case the hired candidate would not satisfy the Client's requirements or would leave the Company within a probation period of 3 to 6 months, we would replace the position free of charge.
